Sarah Gutierrez is dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels improve their running performance, prevent injuries, and lead a healthier lifestyle. With a strong focus on personalized training and support, Sarah empowers her clients to surpass their limits and become stronger, healthier, and more efficient in their fitness journeys.

Certifications & Credentials

I am a lifelong learner. After obtaining my B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester, I went on to study nutrition at the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, where I received my Master's of Science in Nutrition Interventions, Communications & Behavior Change. After graduating in 2023, I decided to merge my love of all things wellness and dive into the fitness industry with my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). It is my pleasure to continue to learn and grow in this field by obtaining new certifications each year to better serve my clients and stay in the know with current exercise and wellness practices.
